With Ashley Cooper stepping down as Volunteers Director due to lack of available time, the Quidditch Premier League is delighted to welcome Tamara Morris as his replacement in the role. Tamara is an English graduate from the University of Exeter, Cornwall campus where she helped found the Tremough Quidditch Club (TQC), home of the Falmouth Falcons. She very much enjoys being involved in the development of quidditch both from a club management level as president of TQC from 2014 - 2016 and club coach from 2013 - 2016, and also on a national level with QuidditchUK as the Human Resources Director from 2015 before stepping down in early 2017. Tamara has experience in public and third sector events management, government administration, and recruitment and careers advice.
'I'm so excited to have Tamara join the team,' Director Jack Lennard said. 'She has done great things at TQC and during her years at QuidditchUK, and having someone of her passion and experience with us is going to usher in a wonderful future for our volunteers and growth.'
The Quidditch Premier League would like to thank Ashley Cooper for his time with us, and the contributions he made, and wish him the very best for the future!
