The Quidditch Premier League is delighted to announce that our Director, Jack Lennard, will be running the 2018 Virgin Money London Marathon as part of a Guinness World Record attempt - the 'Fastest Marathon Dressed In Full Quidditch Kit'. The record attempt will be part of a fundraising effort for the Quidditch Premier League's 2018 official charity, which will be announced shortly. Last year, £600 was raised for our 2017 charity, the UK Lesbian and Gay Immigration Group.

As the excitement grows for the new season of the Quidditch Premier League, we wanted to announce a few changes to things moving forward in 2018.

The first national teams of Scotland and Wales, the Scottish Thistles and the Welsh Dragons, are an exciting arrival for UK players outside of England, and will be sure to expand the sport in their respective countries.

The Quidditch Premier League is today delighted to announce that Betsy Lewin-Leigh, who has been serving as Executive Assistant to the Director, has been appointed as Deputy Director. Betsy will begin in her new role immediately, alongside current Deputy Director David Dlaka, who will continue in his role alongside Betsy.
